What does the process of working with you look like?
All sessions are 100% virtual, so you can go through the entire process from the comfort of your home. Once you sign up, I mail the HTMA test kit directly to you—you collect a small hair sample and return it by mail.
You’ll also get access to my secure Wellness Portal, which you can use from your phone or computer to access notes, resources, and track your progress.
Our sessions are one-on-one and deeply personalized. We don’t just focus on surface-level changes—we dive into the patterns, beliefs, thoughts, and behaviors that have been holding you back. While rebalancing the body through personalized nutrition, nervous system regulation, and targeted support, we also work on the mind-body connection so you can feel like yourself again—not just physically, but emotionally too.
How much time do you usually recommend between follow-up sessions?
I typically recommend scheduling follow-up sessions about every two weeks. This allows enough time to implement any changes or strategies we’ve discussed, while still staying on track and addressing any challenges or questions that come up. Of course, the timing can be adjusted based on your individual needs and how much support you feel you need along the way.
How should I prepare for my first session with you?
1. Find a space where you can focus without distractions.
2. Make sure you have a good internet connection.
3. Breathe! I take your privacy and comfort very seriously, and my sessions are a safe space for you to share anything and everything. Nothing is too much. Anything you share during our sessions will be strictly confidential.

I'm horrible with technology! Is there another option to connect with you?
All of my sessions are conducted through Zoom, which is a video conferencing software. It is extremely easy to use – I promise! I’ve had many clients who have had this same concern, and we get it working every single time.
Here’s how it works:
1. All you need is a good internet connection and either a smartphone, computer, or tablet.
2. After booking your session, you will receive a confirmation email. That email will include a link to our virtual meeting room.
3. At the time of our session appointment, all you have to do is open the email, click the link, and it will take you right to our meeting room. If you are early, you will be put in a virtual “waiting room” until I start the meeting.
4. When you use Zoom, you need to give consent to enable your video and audio, so please look out for those prompts when you enter the meeting room.
5. If you’d like to conduct your session via phone, you can select to connect via audio only once you click on the Zoom link. You can also connect to Zoom on your phone and use data instead of Wifi just like a phone call. You can do this by turning off your Wifi and doing a Zoom test call to be sure it connects.

HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis) is a non-invasive test that shows your mineral levels, stress response, and patterns affecting your energy, thyroid, adrenals, and nervous system.
